01Which tools do you use?
Whatever you already work in: WhatsApp, email, your calendar, and your sheet or CRM. We are not interested in moving you onto a new system for its own sake. If a tool is genuinely holding you back we will say so, but the default is to automate the setup you have.
02Will it sound robotic?
It drafts in your voice, off your own past messages, and the important ones can stay drafts you approve before they send. Plenty of clients let the routine replies go out on their own and keep a hand on anything to do with money or a complaint. That split is yours to set.
03What happens to our data?
It stays in your accounts. We automate the tools you own rather than pulling your customer list into something of ours. You keep the access, you keep the records, and if you end the arrangement tomorrow the data does not go anywhere.
04What if it breaks?
Automation care monitors the workflows and fixes them, usually before you notice. Once-off builds come with a 30-day warranty, so anything that was wired wrong gets put right at no cost. After that you can either take the care plan or call us when you need us.
05Do we need a new website first?
No. Automations bolt onto what you already have, including a site somebody else built. If your website is the actual bottleneck we will tell you that instead of selling you automation around a page nobody converts on.
