01How long does it take?
Starter and Business sites go live in about two weeks from the deposit and your content landing. Pro takes three to five weeks because of the shop or booking system, and Premium starts at three weeks and is scoped properly before you pay. What slows a project down is almost always waiting on photos and text, so the sooner those arrive, the sooner you launch.
02What do you need from us to start?
Your logo if you have one, a rough idea of the pages you want, and any text or photos you already use. Nothing needs to be polished. We would rather start from your voice notes than wait a month for a perfect brief, and if the words are the blocker, that is what the copywriting add-on is for.
03Do we own the website when it is done?
Yes. On final payment the domain, the files and the content are yours. It is built on standard web technology rather than a proprietary builder, specifically so any developer can pick it up later and you are never locked to us.
04What if we do not like the design?
You see the homepage concept before you pay anything, so walking away at that point costs you nothing. After that, each package includes its revision rounds and we use them properly rather than nudging pixels. We would rather redraw the direction once than defend a design you do not want.
05Who hosts it, and what does it cost after launch?
Hosting is included in any care plan. Without one you arrange your own, which for a site this size is a small monthly cost plus an annual domain renewal, and you get the exact figures before launch rather than after.
